Chicago for Mexico & Puerto Rico Relief Fund

The National Museum of Mexican Art (NMMA) and the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance (PRAA) have created a relief fund for individuals and other interested parties to provide financial assistance to people affected by the earthquakes in Mexico and Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

As communities have urgently asked how they can help, The Puerto Rican Arts Alliance and the National Museum of Mexican Art have come together to assist our brothers and sisters in Mexico and Puerto Rico and offer some relief during this time of need.

Money raised through the Chicago for Mexico & Puerto Rico Relief Fund will go to the communities in Mexico and Puertos Rico and will be disbursed via Red Cross Mexico and American Red Cross Chapter of Puerto Rico.

Donations can be made online or at the following locations with a check:

  • Wintrust’s Pilsen branch located at 1800 S. Blue Island, Chicago IL 60608
  • Puerto Rican Arts Alliance: 3000 N. Elbridge Ave, Chicago, IL 60618
  • National Museum of Mexican Art: 1852 W 19 St., Chicago, IL 60608

Checks should be made out to National Museum of Mexican Art with Chicago for Mexico & Puerto Rico Relief Fund.
