Mini Concierto: CHEBAKA

The National Museum of Mexican Art is proud to present the Mini Concierto Series. Join us on Facebook or YouTube Live for a virtual series of concerts from the comfort of your own home. The series of at-home concerts features both emerging and established artists, as well local and international artists.

We’re excited to welcome CHEBAKA, an emotional luchador on the west side of Chicago. CHEBAKA draws inspiration from his Mexican heritage, life, and love for house and rap music to create a unique sound, which can be heard on his latest album, Everything Will Be Okay. Dubbing this sound as "Futuristic Indigenous Hip Hop" CHEBAKA isn't shy when it comes to experimenting with new sounds and pushing the barriers of what it means to be a Latino artist in hip hop. This concert will be streamed on our Facebook and YouTube page.
