The National Museum of Mexican Art screened Made in L.A. as part of its 2018 Sor Juana Festival. In the film Made in L.A, three Latina immigrants work in sweatshops as they embark on a three-year odyssey to win basic labor protections from a trendy clothing retailer. The film was produced and directed by Almudena Carracedo.
