Diana M. Solis is Pilsen-based visual artist and art educator. She studied photography at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has taught at various Chicago universities and community institutions for over thirty years. Her works, able to connect with diverse audiences, have been displayed in galleries and museums nationwide and around the world. The NMMA hosted her first ever solo-exhibition, Diana M. Solis: A Solo Exhibition, in 1987.
