Families with children ages 6 and younger are welcome to the museum on August 12th from 10:00 am – 11:00 am to create the perfect summer craft: suncatchers! Before crafting, we will spend time in the exhibition: Los huecos del agua: Recent Indigenous Art from Mexico for inspiration, focusing on color, patterns, and shapes found in nature. $20 suggested donation includes all materials needed. Spaces are limited. Must register before the date of workshop by emailing angela@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org.
