Children ages 7-12 are invited to take over the art studio! Inspired by the Yollocalli Class of 2022 exhibition, we will discuss the beautiful work happening in the youth initiatives’ community garden: Jardin Malinalli. We will kick off the spring season by decorating plant pots using paint markers, air dry clay, and other materials. We’ll use our decorated pots to plant herb seeds, which once grown, can be used in your home for cooking! To register, email angela@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org. Space is limited. $20 registration fee includes all materials needed. This fee is non-refundable.
