Studio Saturday: Printmaking

January 21, 2023, 10:00 am National Museum of Mexican Art

Children 7-12 are invited to take over the art studio from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm for a printmaking workshop. First, we will spend time in the Surrounding Kahlo: Works from the Permanent Collection exhibition for inspiration. We will talk about the importance of printmaking, then design and create our own styrofoam stamps to be used to make an original print. $20 registration fee includes all materials needed.
