The National Museum of Mexican Art in collaboration with Mather present Viva la Vida, a monthly workshop series tailored for creative agers. Adults ages 55 and up are invited to join us at the Museum on November 30th from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm for an immersive experience in the galleries followed by an art making activity. The theme of the afternoon will be Day of the Dead, as we highlight our Día de Muertos, Living Presence exhibition. We will be creating clay sculptures using terracotta air dry clay, beads, and other materials.
