Viva la Vida: Embroidery
October 22, 2026, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
National Museum of Mexican Art
Adults ages 55+ are invited to join us for an immersive experience in the galleries, followed by an art-making activity. This month, we will highlight Where Memory Lives: 40 Years of Día de Muertos. In this workshop, we will create using embroidery on a hoop and further decorate our artworks with fabric markers and artificial flowers.
Coffee and treats from local establishments will be provided. This program is free, but registration is required. If you have any questions, please contact angela@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org.
