Viva la Vida: Sewn Bundles

The National Museum of Mexican Art in collaboration with Mather presents Viva la Vida, a monthly workshop series tailored for creative agers. Adults ages 55 and better are invited to join us at the Museum for an immersive experience in the galleries followed by an art making activity. This month we will highlight the exhibition Arte Diseño Xicágo II: From the World's Fair to Present Day, then create sewn bundles, or good luck charms using fabric, felt, beads, sequins, and other materials.
